Pal Talk bad company not fixing thing New York New York

pal talk on there new 253 9.4 build is alowying user to get a file with out your knowin it so, what thay do is thsi will send you a file and no send file box pop up it jsut going in pc with out you knowing you ever got file since no file send box comes up, im a disability person treying to get pal talk to fix thsi thanks, and some user cna send you a virus or trojan with out you knowin you got it at all and pal talk know of thsi problem and will not fix it at all so all user on here cna get a file with out there knowing thay got a file since file send box never pip up but if look in sendp file in windows xp or vista it will be there a file a user on pal talk jsut did thsi to prove his point and show me it works its not fixed yet thanks so pls all get pal to fix this thanks
