well i have dealt through there fees and charges for the most irrational reasons that even companies i have worked for or had contracts do not understand how this company (paramount) justifies charging people fees.
but i called in decemeer approx 2-3 days before my contracts states that my fee for 30.15 comes out of my wamu account. i changed over banks and thus having different accounts. i calle din to change my account infor mation the gentelman who i spoke with told me that even though it was before my shcedule date to have my membership fee taken out , "unfourtanatly" and he apologized ... great! that it had been sent out earlier that morning.
i told the guy that i had my credit card available now and that i am well before 24 hours or even 48 hours of my contract agreement! and that he has everything he needs to get that money today and before dec 20. he said there was nothing he could do ( he didn't want to do anything) i told him someone who wanted to steel my money could get that amount out of my card taht day if they wanted to. he just sat over the phone and told me that he would make notes to my account. he told me that i would recieve fees no matter what because it would be sent out and even if the account is closed and the in formation was updated that same day i called. that there was nothign he could do to stop it. he said to call back.. i never did till yestered almost a month later to check up on it. granted i should have called back a week later. that does not matter what i signed and paramounts billing errors in there processes , doesnt cause e to be charge for there mistakes no matter if i call or not. well i have been trying to get ahold of katie who is the manager / s uprivisor of the customer service center. for two days now. no call back or anythign
the guy i s poke with yesterday told me that even she cannot take the fees of 90.30 because they send out the request two days before my schedule withdrawl. i told the guy thats not my issue its between paramount and my bank but my contract states taht it comes out on the 20th of each month! and no where does it state changes to the account must be done 3 days before the schedule withdrawl. and he said that there would be no way the fees can be taken off ...
the guy i spoke with in december told me they can take off the fees. i did not get his name bu that shouldnt matter.
they will not take the fees off and i still have yet to get any calls form this company.... i called a guy today and i got the same answers.. i refuse to pay them the ?"fees" because i have paid them every month on time and i am honest. they didn't pull out my 30.15 for december because of there "process errors" so i will retro pay them what i DO owe them and i will pay the 100 cancellation fee.
even then i don't think they will take this off...
i need help i am 21 years old and i cant afford them this plus it isnt right...
i will call the DA's office that guy has the right i dea but i refuse to pay them anything that is not rightfully owed to them
