Parkwood Auto Sales Aka Dakota Motors ripoff Surrey British Columbia

Consider this happened March 19 1999 which is 10 years ago, I am surprised the report is still on here, even a bankruptcy dissolves after 7 years! As for Jeff, he filed a court proceeding on September 23 , more than 6 months after this happened!He took me to court. When Mr. Mace left the court room after his claim was dismissed, he turned to face me, shook my hand, said to me there was no hard feelings, basically admiting he was wrong. Any body can find out about the rule in our favour by court registry file # 45940 in the Surrey B.C. courthouse.When I bumped into Mr. Mace at a social function years later, he was jovial to me and again stated everything was fine. Seems when Jeff is hiding behind a computor, he is a different person.I was surprised he made a claim 'all is not well'. Apparantely any body can slander anyone on ripp off report. He stated we would be out of business shortly, he was again wrong.He forgot to mention in his report that we do not have any complaints against us from the BBB, and a 10 year achievment for customer satifaction.Your wrong Jeff,you made a deal, the used car you bought your escinded on, the court judge was right, Mr. Mace should be dismissed.

Although many years have past the lesson is long learned. I did not apologise to this man nor did the court side in favour of Parkwood as it was thrown out of court along with his counter claim for damages (advertising, time spent and loss of face) . In summation I still feel the same way toward this shmuck and would as I have said to his face " I wouldn't bu a stick of gum from you". He is simply put dishonest and will continue ripping people off as his prices are quite good. But the old saying goes quality comes with a price and you get what you pay for. Marc is the one who is making money by selling low quality cars at low prices. I am very surprised that he is still in business to be quite honest. I truly believe that everyone gets what is coming to them and at some time Mr. Buene who is the owner and not an employee as he lets you believe. When you live a life of ripping people off day in and day out I don't know how he sleeps at night. If one person reads this and decides to go elsewhere then my 5 minutes to write this was worth it. PLease add your bad experiences with this jerk as I can't imagine there are many good ones.

Jeff and I , Marc , employee of Parkwood Auto Sales Ltd. went to small claims court and the judge sided with Parkwood Auto Sales Ltd.
Jeff apologized after court to me , and we have since talked and every thing seems to be fine.
Jeff changed his mind on the purchase of sale agreement and was frustrated he did not get a refund on his deposit.
Before he signed the sale agreement he was asked to carefully read it.
I did try to work something out with him , but he was adamant about the said deposit.
He did realize that not only days had passed ,and did clearly sign beside our "no refunds " which was clearly explained to him before he signed.
