I have done business with P.B.E for about 2 years. I believe i had a good relationship with one of the employees (he is usually always there). I had put 6 brand new DVDs on hold with an brand new alesis multimix ussb 16 mixer for $100 (I paying $15 every month for a storage fee).

One day i went in to pay my fee and took a look at the dvds and in there was my Aerosmith Honkin on Bobo and my other 5 dvds I thought that wasnt here before..could that be mine? I told my husband and he said they wouldnt and couldnt do that...so i blew it off for another 3-4 months paying the storage fee. I went in to get out (in january) an original vintage mint condition poly chorus and the 6 dvds and alesis mixer...He said he couldnt find the mixer and he was sure it was there but another employee moved it (he said his employee wanted it and was looking at it but that he told him he couldnt have it).. I said here let me pay for the dvd and mixer package too..he said oh come back tommorrow so i took my poly chorus (an di waited outside for the customer that was in the store.

I asked did you hear what was going on in there and what was said he said yes and i exchanged numbers and asked if he would go to court with me if needed and he said yes; I might have lost your # my cell phone was stolen so if you have my # still call me please or email below) and I came back the next day. The Drug user employee had taken it....He said he is what we can do i will let u pick 10 dvds and when a mixer comes in you can have it ( i told him this wasnt just any mixer it is top of the line you can record play live it had all the effects inputs that is needed for all applications- i used it with my mac to record and play live).

I came in 2 weeks later to give him time (he told me to come in a week) i asked did you get a mixer for me and he starts yelling at me and i say woah you told me to come ack in one week and its been 2-21/2 weeks to give you time..dont yell at me..you are the one who lost my stuff and put my dvds on the shelf while i was still paying for storage...He told me instead of coming in just call so i called and still nothing now it is about the beginning of july and nothing...

I saved for this mixer a long time and i paid storage fees for a year on it and i paid well worth the $100 he gave me for it. I still have all reciepts for when i paid storage fees. If anyone will help me with this situation it would be appreciated. I have more detailed information and paper work. (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))
