Company was contacted about taking too much money out of my bank account, and was calling to let them know the bank has put a stop on all future withdrawls from them. The company then stated that no i owed another 600 toward the account. I borowed 350 from the company and had over 500 taken out of my bank account in 2 weeks time. I explained to the company i did not owe anymore and the lady - very rudely started yelling at me, saying that i "was a dumb f*cking B!!ch for dealing with her company" and that they will continue to take out of my bank account until they decide theyre done. She then hung up on me!
I then immediately called back and got a tim person saying he was the manager and that if someone had done that he would have heard them that their office is small enough he hears all. I explained very calmly as i could at that point that after dealing with her getting the runaround from tim that i would never deal with his company again and i would let everyone i know as well not to deal with them... i explained i do not owe anymore, they have already gotten all of their money plus more and i have put a stop on my bank account.

If you have never read the fine print on payday loans you will see the APR is has high as 99% Pay it off or the bills will pile up and before you know it you will owe as much as thousands of dollars. These payday loans are a big ripoff.

A so called lawyers office called me(Nov.2008) to say that he got my file from them, and was going to take my wife and i to court over money still owed. I explained to him everything about the loan, and what all had already happened at that point. He said I would have to fax over papers to him showing from the bank what they have done. I faxed the papers to him - more $ out of my pocket, and then i got no return call... I called him back and then another person picked up and said they didnt have an attorney at their office, and that he was just a collection associate! I told them that i wanted a return call from that person immediately!!! no return call for 3 weeks! after 3rd week i got a call from him saying that they couldnt accept the papers because it didnt show all of my banking account information, i then told him too bad, he didnt need my whole account info and he could contact my lawyer for now on! He called back repeatedly for 2 days after that. Then no calls.
Recently as of July 2009!!! I received a call from Payday Loan Yes saying they were calling to collect on money owed and all the interest and late fees have added up past 600 now. They were told they were no longer to contact me and to contact my lawyer!!!
2years in counting and still harassing over something that was paid off within 2 weeks!!!!!!
