W&A files ALL of their claims with the National Arbitration Forum (NAF) in Minneapolis, MN. NAF receives ALL of their money from those filings claims, they have ONLY one office, and the ONLY participation you get is to bend over so they can INSERT their award on behalf of THEIR clients. (No offense to Mr. Dover).
W&A has set-up an assembly line in their TOXIC-WASTE office to 'ram-rod' consumers with threats and notices they do not understand and cannot afford to defend. I think their award rate is 100% to date, which should surprise no one.
Once awarded, the production line at W&A attempts to place the awards with local counsel for filing in your area as a judgment.

Pender/Dominion possible link to Wells Fargo

This has happened to me and the only conection I can find is Wells Fargo bank. They appear to be using Dominion Law Assoc. as their legal department, yet this so called legal department has no knowledge of Wells Fargo banking rules and will not tell you where they are located other than to say "Philadelphia or Arizona"! Even stranger is the fact that Dominion Law Assoc operates in both states???
