We went to pennzoil for an oild change and a little while later we began to experience breake failure. We took the car to wearmaster to find out what the problem was and discovered that the last oil change by pennzoil, they had put transmission fluid in our brake fluid and contaminated the whole brake line. We went back after being told by pennzoil to bring the car back for them to pay for the brake line repair and the Owner "Mike" exploded with anger, rage and hostility directed at us and stated "i remember you!, you robbed me before and took his money and that we are thieves!" (referring to a prior incident which occurred a few months before they had repaired a belt wrogfully on the car and he ended up reimburising us)
He then began screaming and yelling at us to "get out", "get out"! you are thieves that we stole from him and then stated to us GET OUT NOW OR I WILL HAVE YOU REMOVED WITH FORCE! he was angry and still screaming at the top of his lungs. We have filed a police report regarding the threats and are preparing to have our lawyer file a lawsuit for the threats, defamation and slander, and to repair our car, which will cost $1500 to repair the contaminated brake line.

This comment has come to my attention recently, and I would like to put all this falsehood to rest.
After intensive investigation from the Taylor Police department, all the accusations were proven false, and this case has been deemed closed for a while now.
