My husband and I purchased a 15 x 30 swimming pool and needed to hire someone to do the site prep and install. We found Penney Fugler of Pool Sharks through a craigslist advertisement. We had problems from the get go with no show appointments and haphazard phone call returns but the excuses seemed plausible. We got a written contract for the work and promises of completion by the time our out of state company came to our home for vacation. Unfortunately, after taking half the money and jerking us around for several weeks, Penney never came back again and will not return our calls. Funny thing is she left some of her equipment at our home! The not so funny thing is, she took the installation instructions. I personally suspect some kind of drug addiction with this lady as a huge factor in her taking the money and running. Do NOT hire her because as the other complainants indicated ~ you WILL regret it!
