Premier Savings Bank- Gary Leigh Wow! They were good @ "sounding very sincere that they were helping you out. Not pushey, EVERYTHING was according to the letter of the law. Scottsdale Arizona

They were offering a low 8.99% consolidation loan, at set rate, until paid off. No yearly fee. He was very courteous, offered to answer any questions, did
not appear to be in any hurry.
I asked several questions. one, how did they get my unlisted, do not call number? He also had other info that should not be available to him. He (Gary?) asked if everything sounded like something I could live with, payment, interest, extra payments, payoffs, etc.
I asked if I could call him back, after I had time to think about it and check my accounts. No problem, and he gave me the 800 number.
fortunetly I have a family member who has been in the banking business for many years. I checked with him and he gave me the scam info with the Ripoff Website.
How do these companies stay in business. You really don't get much info about them from BBB. Thanks

By being a good honest company. first to address the Do NOt call list. there is NO SUCH THING AS A DO NOT CALL NUMBER not saying that the DNC doen't work but until you inform the company calling that you are on the DNC LIST they don't know. if you tell them your and they keep calling then there is a problem. also alot of people get called from an unidentifed number and say don't call me I'm on the DNC list and then get mad the next time they get an unidentified call but it may not be the same company calling. like the person you talked to I have been in the banking world for a long time. the company is more honest than any company i have ever worked for including a bank that i work for which was on of the top banks in the world. the program is not a scam it helps people every day.also having a unlisted number. first don't prevent your phone company for saling your number or any company you gave the number to. unlisted number means it is not in the phone director aka 411. if you don't want your phone company to sale your information you need it to be unlisted,unpublished and also there is OTML you have to ask for it it means omit from marketing list, but keep in mind if any other company has your they will sell it every company sales information and numbers it doesn't even mean you gave them the number. if you call a company from a number that number is collect an attached you your record as a contact number. there is NO WAY TO PREVENT A COMPANY FROM CALLING ANYONE UNTIL YOU TILL EVERY COMPANY IN THE WORLD NOT TO CALL YOU
