Primamerica, Joe Jr. ripped off, and taken advantage of Ripoff Honea Path South Carolina I have written explaining my request for a refund - The seminars which I paid $199.00to Joe was to allow me to be able to recoup this money plus more. I took care of my end of the "bargain" to make a list of potential clients for Mr. Joe to contact as potential investors. I was to accompany him on these outings and earn $33.00 per visit. To my knowledge Mr. Joe never contacted any of the potential clients nor ask me to accompany him - therefore since he did not adhere to his part as an investment broker, I felt Primamerica owed me the $199.00. Mr. Joe has not held up to and of his verbal agreements or otherwise in the investment industry. They not only screwed me, but my sister too. To this day we still have no refund. (2) Report Crimerica to the attorney general and your state's insurance governing board.



(3) Out of curiosity, what did Joe tell you that the $199 was paying for?
