I returned home and checked this site out www.genesismedialabs.com. The site is a toal scam itself. There is no call back numbers etc. Then curiousity got the best of me. I searched the net and found that there are hundreds of these types of complaints going around.
I just can't believe that I am a Police Officer and I fell for this crap!
I do have the guys info and plan on visiting him tomorrow to settle this with a full refund!
