Advice for clients trying to get their lites &/or money back.

Before you try to go through Pure Weight Loss...I would try getting in touch with your credit card company only if you have not paid your Pure Weight Loss portion of the bill (within 30-60 days usually). See if they will send you information on disputing your Pure Weight Loss transaction.

The employees at the center are as shocked and saddened as you are. They were strickly instructed to hand out "refund application forms", provide the "client id" for the client, and instruct the client to fill it out at home and mail it in certified.

Under "refund amound requested"...they are instructing the employees to figure NOTHING out for the client, that the employees are mailing ALL charts back to corporate and corporate will determine the amount refundable to the clients.

Concerning the lites. I highly recommend calling every hour that the center is open from now until the closing of it's doors for good. See if the center was delivered lites and send someone in to get your prepaid lites if you cannot make it in yourself. The employees want to help you as much as possible but the company is not giving them much to work with what so ever.

The center manager and center counselors had no idea this was going to happen. A lot of money is gone, everyone's job is terminated, so please understand that all of us (clients and employees) are in a horrible situation and trying to figure everything out.
