The service is disgusting.
I got my account suspended after just 1 notice just 1 notice that I got high CPU load. I don't even have the time to check whether it's indeed caused by CPU or by disks. I have mentioned the issue to their support which confidently told me that the disk would be fine.
My site run fine on steadfast at 50% load. Today the load in ramnode shot to around 3. Most likely because I forget to turn of stats in cpanel.
Boom suspended. NO REPLY after that. Very bad customer service.
Oh ya, whether you pay them $60 per month or $1 per month you got the same CPU power. They said that the 4 CPU is for burst speed.
Does that mean memory and disk is also for burst too? Pay 5 times as much you got the same CPU power.
Very misleading sales.
I totally regret moving from steadfast to this guy. Very rude customer service. Suspend you after first issue and then ignore you.
Also I have copy and paste this notice several times in many threads but mods delete them.
This one is NOT copy and paste. I will copy and paste this to (((REDACTED))) board because they chose to ignore me.
I am not the first person with this issue:

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Buyer Failed to Comply with TOS/AUP
AUTHOR: RamNode - ()
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, December 04, 2013
The buyer was given a link to our TOS/AUP when he ordered and checked his agreement to it. Now he's just trying to harm our reputation because he didn't actually abide by those very rules. I don't see anywhere where we didn't deliver the product we promised or where we broke our rules. But I see very clearly that he a) did not read the agreement before agreeing to it, b) broke that agreement, and c) continued to use multiple cores for his VPS despite our warnings and replies to his ticket that started over twelve hours before his VPS was suspended.
My staff member suspended his VPS while it was using 6 cores' worth of load. He was only allocated access to 4 cores to begin with, and he had already shown that his VPS was capable of causing more problems. This all started because he had been using 20 cores' worth of load by himself on a system with only 12 physical cores. We do have other paying clients that we have to protect from CPU abuse, as I'm sure anyone can understand.
Our AUP, at the time of this incident, reads:
"Client agrees not to run any processes on his or her VPS which create a CPU load above .9 on the VPS for an extended period of time or which cause a high CPU load on the host node for an extended period of time. In other words, client agrees not to use the equivalent of a full core for him or herself for an extended period of time. Disruptive CPU usage may result in a reboot, shutdown, and/or suspension of the VPS regardless of the time lapse involved."
As clearly indicated, above, disruptive CPU usage resulted in a suspension of the client's VPS. In summary, the client refused to comply with the terms he agreed to, and is now trying to punish our company for his own problems.
