Realty Hometending Service LLC HAS BEEN THE WORST COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!! We are from the perspective of the renter/ hometender.  WE HAD TO MOVE OUT THE PREVIOUS TENANTS PERSONAL BELONGINGS!!! anything and everything they left, (that was promised would be moved out) .... we moved it into the garage ... and after 2 weeks we moved it into the driveway where it sat and was rained on for another 2 WEEKS before Realty Hometending finally paid someone to get rid of it. It took 3 MONTHS before Lynn gave us our copy of the rental/hometending agreement.(after i went to her higher up JULIE) When our fridge quit working it was money out of OUR POCKET to go and phsyically get a new fridge from Caldwell, thank god we have a pickup!!  the old fridge sat in our driveway for almost 2 WEEKS before once again someone was paid to come pick it up. The back yard  floods everytime it rains and we had to put sandbags down to keep all the water away! (they are still there to this day!) Not only was the house in foreclosure since DAY ONE (which at the time of signing was never mentioned). Realtors call and bother me and my husband ALL DAY at work wanting to come into the house to show potental buyers. We have no clue on who actually owns the home and when we asked to be given the number of the home owner we were told that they could not disclose the information! People come into our house EVERYDAY from as early as 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM! When people come to look at the home while we (the renters) are home we (me,my husband and two kids) HAVE TO GO SIT IN OUR CAR until the realtor and potential buyer are ready to leave. THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTING! DECEITFUL PEOPLE!! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT WE DID!!
