No Refund for ME!

This company said they sent me an OFFER to my email. I never recieved it. When i called them they tell me to go to my contract. here is what the contract stated:
All offers will be delivered electronically to the email address that has been provided in Owner information listed above. All offers will be sent by network.database@realtytrade.com. It is Owners responsibility to monitor all email correspondence and ensure email address is accurate, as offers will not be delivered any other way other than electronically via email.
I looked thru all my emails and never saw anything, but they said they sent it, and i got it, so no refund.

As you know, since you acknowledged the terms and conditions in the contract, that all offers are delivered electronically via email to the address that was provided upon sign up with RealtyTrade. It is also the responsibility of the owner to monitor all incoming email from realtytrade.com and its servers to ensure that emails are allowed to be delivered to the proper destination.
We generated 3 offers for your property and delivered them to your email. It is your responsibility to approach the prospective buyer to negotiate the terms of the sale of the property. Some prospective buyers may have interest in many different properties within the same resort or area and send multiple inquiries to multiple sellers. It is also your responsibility to contact the prospect within a timely fashion, while remaining professional, courteous, and keeping an open mind when negotiating price. If the prospective buyers are not replying to your emails/faxes/phone calls, then they are no longer interested in your property or they have opted to go in a different direction.
We would be more than happy to relist your property for you, upon the contingency that you reply to this message with a satisfactory response that we have settled this dispute.
