I got a letter from Receivables Performance Management A letter dated 10-13-10 Collecting for World Financial Capitol Bank. I have been paying on the debt from WFCB for three years. The amount they want now is $1021.17 Between the two agencies the total amount paid to them was over $1,000 and now RPM wants another $1,000? This has to be stopped.
