I call NON Stop and tell them that their new workers do NOT empty the trash bins completely! they will send out a truck a 2nd time and neither do they clean up the mess. So what, leave it in the trash dumptser or on the street or sidewalk.
Oh but in Council Bluffs, if you do not pay your trash bill there is a lien placed on your property. So you cannot make a half payments or skip or shirk on payments but they can provide crappy worthless service and get away with it continually?
I let it go for a while an then its too much. They NEVER learn! Yet I do NOT get a choice in providers, Nor do I get a choice in the price or a choice in crap! Just have to do their JOB I HAVE TO PAY FOR???!!!! Disabled and I not only have to pay the losers I have to do their darn job for them? R E A L L Y???? OMFG!
I call the city and they are in a contract for 5 miserable years with these fools!!!
I would rather take my trash to the dump myself than pay these jerks $380-400 a year for them to dump the trash on my property and not take it all weekly as they agreed to do in the contract with the city!!!!!
THE WORKERS THEY HAVE HIRED TO WORK IN COUNCIL BLUFFS APPARENTLY DO NO VALUE THEIR EMPLOYMENT AND DO NOT CARE. tOSSING THE TRASH CANS AND BUSTING THEM, NOT TO MENTION THE TRASH THEY LEAVE IN THE BINS. INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The workers they have hired to work in Council Bluffs apparently do not value their employment and do not care. Tossing the trash cans and busting them, not to mention the trash they leave in the bins! le' Incompetant!
