Rite-Aid Manager curses employees and vendors. Very rude to customers. Photo lab always out of paper. Murfreesboro Tennessee

The store manager is a very rude little person. I witnessed her cursing out a young man one afternoon. I made a couple of calls to the district mgr. He never returned my calls. I talked to other workers at different stores and they all said he was known not to call customers back.

I tried a number of times to get passport photos done but was told over a period of three weeks that they were out of paper. It's the store managers job to order it.

While I was there a couple tried to get film developed but the machine was down.

I finally called the 1-8oo number. I got a call back from a reginol vice president. he told me he would look in to it.

This nasty person is still on the job. Its no wonder Rite-Aid is close to closing. With the nincompoops they have in management its a wonder they are still open.

I ran into two of the workers who use to work there. They both said they quit because she was a tyrant and her emotions flipped - flopped back and forth without warning.

Why is an grouchy, nasty person allowed to manage a store? She needs to be fired ASAP!
