This lawyer is very unprofessional and the quality of work is very poor. He simply tries to run up billable hours do the same thing over and over. Does not have a good working knowledge of Probate Law and makes poor decisions. He took a simple probate case and made a mess of it. He tells you things constantly that are not true. In addition, ask the clerks, located in the Decatur Court House, specifically, the probate court clerks for a reference for this attorney. They will give you honest information regarding this attorney and it will not be positive. Follow your instincts, as I wish I had, and avoid this lawyer.
