Trembly Law Arturo L. Arca, Esq. Malpractice artists! Induced us to send them large cash retainer, then breached agreement to file the complaint needed. We then were suckered into paying them lump sum for supposed ready to go draft complaint a new law firm would file. After filing the Trembly complaint it turned out it was chock full of material sloppy gross negligent false statements of fact. This generated losses and costs to attempt to fix the problem resulting in 2-3X more cash losses. These guys are worst lawyers and they run churn and burn operation Miami Florida
