Chad Henderson Law Group clients are ripped off constantly because of bias Texas law Houston Texas

I called by phone on a SUNDAY December 20, 2021 ad. and he said " I can help you it would cost $500 dollars. So me and wife agreed and gave debt card # over phone. He said " I can take care of that asap Mr Easter", So months passed no answer from office phone. No return calls, Than in july 2022 , I ask about handling Winter storm Yuri claim... HE says "yes i can do that too", so we take documents to office for second case. No update on Homestead service paid for up front. We call the BellCounty TAX assessor no paper work filed in probate Mr Easter. So i start putting pressure on him by phone, finally he calls and accuses me of harassment of secretary. That never answered phone either for months. HE gets belligerent with me about my own money. Than he sets up a paralegal to sell the land , that he sends to under impression that she will help put name on parents land. This lady ask for 2 witnesses and I say what is this for , she explains " Chad said you are selling house ", Immediately i call him to ask for refund on his phone. He tells me " Okay Mr Easter than I will pay you back ", So that was September 2022ad. This is May 28th, 2025 , the judge ruled in my favor on 5/7/25. Today Mr Chadwick Henderson called my home to threaten me with non payment and appeal to the claim in Harris county Court JP1-1. Its truly sad that i reported this thief to State Bar of TExas and because he doesnt reply the clients are ripped off constantly because of bias Texas law .... Texas Houston
