You can probably find complaints on him in a variety of places: better business bureaus, State Attorney General Offices, Biz Buy Sell and online under gatekeeper, gobignetwork forums, business money finders, paladin golbal holdings, biz life resources and under Robert Ritch, Rob Ritch. There is probably more out there.

He sold me a sham business through bizbuysell.com with another broker David Riley. In BizBuySell.com, R. Ritch is under Knox County, TN and D. Riley is under Tarrant County, TX. A few months later he tried to list and sell the same business he sold me again for a higher price until I mentioned it to him and Biz Buy Sell.
It doesn't matter what it is (credit cards, businesses, loans, brokering) you will regret doing business with him. Whatever the set up is or if he gets your money, it's all downhill from there.
I would like to hear from more people who have been unlucky enough to have done business with him. A lot of people have lost money to him by paying upfront fees for business loans. We should set up our own R. Ritch "Class Action" web site.

If you have a valid complaint, why not file with at least the Better Business Bureau if not with the Attorney Generals Office. There are no complaints on this company or Robert Ritch.

This is what doing business with R. Ritch is like: First, on the emails I just counted 28 emails to him between 10/01/07 and 02/19/08. His so-called training was to show me some web sites relating to business and nothing that would actually be a real functioning business. The web site and domain he sold me disappeared after the sale of the business. I found out they were expired before the sale of the business causing several weeks of delay, expense, and problems. He used another broker, David Riley, to conceal that he was an owner/broker selling his own business and other dishonest practices. After, 02/19/08 he did not respond to email or phone.

Rob always has an answer for everything even if it is way off. I just counted, and can document, 28 emails to Rob between 01/10/07 and 02/19/08. I doubt anyone really believes anything Rob says (I wouldn't).
When I saw Rob, his so-called training was to show me a few web sites relating to business, and spent all of his time at the nearest casino. I wonder if Wife #2 knows what he does on his "business" trips.

I sold the business to Steve Horton, who by the way left his name off when he put up his complaint. I traveled to New Mexico and trained him for three days but after I left Steve never sent an email or ran an ad! How does he expect to make money if you do not work the business. I never promised him a get rich quick plan!
