Rountree Ford Toyota shady deal, with dishonesty, scam Bellows Falls Vermont

Well, i was out car hunting and decided to go looking at a ford focus, because 2004's have a $3000 dollar rebate, so we found one in the lot.

Well when i went in to ask about the 2004 in lot, they told me they didn't have any (ha ha) and i told them yes you do, anyway this is only the beginning

sticker price was 14,015, and i gave him my info for my credit report( this will come into play later)but anyhow minus 3000 rebate brings it to 11,015 ok!!

SO i wanted to put some money down to get my payments down to where i wanted them to be @ around 150 per month, so as they all huddle in there glass sound pruff bubble, they come out this is what they came up with ( keep in mind i had no cacualtor and expected to get lowest interset because i do have excelent credit)

and i was going to put 4000 down so i will be loaning $6500 so he comes out and says 4000 down and 150 a month for 72 months. and I went home and looked at the figures get this....loaning 6500 ok 150 for 72 months is 10,800, were talking 18.5 percent interest.

I was so mad!! see i now have their ford focus for the weekend and my car is at there shop, and i can't bring it back til monday, i wanted an explanation. So when i got there (i had already called and left message so

i think they were ready for me, OH they said, some story about it being saturday, and ford goes by a general rate?? bla bla bla, i wish i had a tape recorder, but anyhow it was a terrible mistake They say...but now they seemto have differnt interst rate and thye checked my credit??

wonder why they didn't do it right in the first place?? could it be because i was a women all by myself, maybe they thought they were gonna pull one over me??

By this point i no longer wanted the ford i was so stressed, all of a sudden my interst rate went to 3.9 hum?? then once i caught them at there scam, they did things the right way

But i thought about it ,and i will go somewhere else to buy a car, because they should have done it right the first time. this was no mistake. it was a shady deal, i've bought all my cars by myself and this was the worst ever, i caught it, but someone may not!! and i think its terrible, to think thye try and pull that over on someone,

and try and brush it off, by making up excuses, and oh ya they gave me a 10dollar gas card, It just burns me up!! And he looks at me and says "car shopping is suppose to be fun" well he made it not to fun for me let me tell you!!

anyhow always make sure you know what you interst rate is, and always go over figures yourself, before signing anything and good luck
