i recieved a letter from chevrolet, in the last part of august with a recall on my 2005 malibu sdn lt. with the harmonic balancer bad.which can cause crankshaft key failure and can lead to internal engine damage. requiring engine repair or replacement.

went from that to bad map sensors, power steering going in and out but of coarse they say cant find problem.no code coming up on diagnostics, but they say there ordering steering column. un real!! 2 rental cars and one loaner from chevy later. now the power windows making horrible noises, what else!!!! bought car with 12 miles on it. still only 3000 miles and stuck with a (dog).

bring it back if reaccurs. ahahahah, ok so far every week in the last 3 weeks that is what i am doing. called gmac on phone talked to a complete idiot. well as long as it has a warranty were doing our part. listen people even if you are in every week with your car (GMAC) is doing there part to fix the problem.ahahah it has only 3000 miles should not be doing any of this, did not even break engine in yet paid 29,000 sticker fully loaded, now 5 months later my car is on worth $15,000.

after talking to service man he told us the 2004 model had problems in the steering but i guess the problem moved to 2005 the car is in my thinking is not safe to drive. my wife and kids in car were driving on interstate at 65 getting ready to exit on ramp lost power steering, wife could barley pull it back nearly causing a wreck, the good people out there trying to find a good and safe car for the family i say, buy from some one other than chevy. the do not care about the hard working people

asked for a trade of equal or less value for a dependable car they said no ( so i guess a by back is out of the queastion)think twice about buying from chevrolet, because they will do everything they can not to lose there money but will suck good hard working people dry with there warranty crap .should not have had to service this car for a good year except oil changes .well thanks for hearing me out!!! hung a few lemons on the old dog and speaking out against chevrolet, DONT LET THEM SCREW YOU TOO))

(LIKE A ROCK MY *** ))

Write or call the Attorney General's Office and they will send you out a complaint form. Fill the form out and send it back to the Attorney General's office. They will contact the Company and try to resolve the problem. Also write to the Better Business Bureau. Good Luck.
