Rush Truck Center Fontana Southcoast Peterbuilt Evasive Warranty on New Parts and Installation Fontana California

I have purchased a Eaton Fuller 18 Speed Transmission from Rush Truck Center (RTC from now) Tucson, AZ for $4851.74 and installed at RTC Pico Rivera, CA for $4229.19 on 4/25/12 with 1 year warranty.
We were having difficulty on HI/LO switch and took it to RTC Fontana to get warranty on 9/24/12.
Eric from RTC spent 2 days to diagnose and repaired some of the parts under warranty On 9/28/12, RTC called me and said everything is under warranty and should be ready to go on that day We had the load ready to go on that Friday evening and driver was standing by at RTC Fontana Just before they close, they advised that there is some issue on some part they are repairing it and cannot be ready until 10/1/12
I did not have any other option but to wait until the truck be ready since the transmission was not put back together.

On 10/1/12 RTC Fontana called and says Aux Synchronizer was not covered under warranty because the manufacture declined to cover with their warranty and I had to pay $2600 for it Eric from RTC Fontana stated I only two option but to PAY $2600 for them to repair it or he will put the pieces in a box and tow the truck out I was freaked out and called the Weller transmission who covered the other warranty parts and labor who was never heard or aware of Aux Synchronizer which is under warranty. Eric is not refusing to talk to manufacture and truck is not being repaired
