I ordered from this company on Sept. 22. My card was charged immedately; however I never recieved the product. I called them abouty 6 times, left messages on "Alma's voice mail." She never called me back. I also emailed them to find out when I can expect my product. Nobody has responded. I finally called my bank to dispute the charge and put a stop payment from them. Outrageous!

I would love to assist you further with your claim of no receipt of yoru order.

We did sent you an email stating the item was on back order and was it was going to be in in about 3 weeks.

Regular shipping time frame is 5-14 Business Days per emailed receipt. We did not hear back from you, so we did already canceled your order.
