First, I never received the $10 off the order which plies one into trying the service. Then after canceling with them in time I am now being billed $9.95 a month for nothing. They never send any info on what you could get with this service.
I have lost the phone number for them and my bank does not have their number on file. 3 letters to the bank, three to Target. Time wasted & money charged for no such service.
And do not know if I can get this fixed into not to be charged again in May?
There are other compaints on this site about this company but under JC Penny.
