SHAUN NIXON - SHAUN NIXON ENTERTAINMENT Canadian ripoff ticket scammer NOTHING BUT A THIEF!! BEWARE Hamilton Ontario

I too, was ripped off by Shaun Nixon....and off Craig's List. I was to buy 4 tickets off him for Paul Simon at the Agganis Arena in Boston....found his listing on Craig's list, thought that it would be OK since I have bought off Craig's list numberous times from GOOD people. We corresponded back and forth, and let him know that I had a legitimate concern from buying from him, as I had been screwed before on Ebay...and had been warned about buying from out of country. He assured me that it was legit, and even called me AT WORK to see if I was still interested. Feeling a little better about it, after our numerous correspondence, I decided that I would wire the money Western Union.

Biggest mistake of my life. He also gave me a FedEx tracking number, and I tried and tried to track on FedEx.com....to no avail. contacted Shaun again...and he told me that they tried to delivery, but couldn't...I called Fed Ex myself, and they said that there was nothing that was coming from Canada to me or any shipments for a Shaun Nixon or under my name. She also told me that there would have been a call tag on the door, or left in my mailbox (I have a rather large intimidating dog) if there was a dleivery attempt. I contacted Shaun AGAIN...he said that the package was 3 blocks away from my house....I told him that he was a lying thief and that there wasn't a FedEx location within a 20 mile radius of me. He insisted that he gave the correct tracking number etc.....Basically....my story is the same as everyone elses....unfortunately there are UNKIND people in this world that think that this is ok..but unless we fight against them...they will continue to get away with this. As for now...I have been taking all my junk email from work and home and forwarding ALL of it to his email....just to irritate him the way he has irritated me....!!! I'm taking the advice of the others on this site...and contacting my local authorities. I encourage you ALL to do the same...Also...we need to get on our local Craig's list and send out the warning...the less places he can "sell"....the less scamming he can do. Please take this advice....!! My only saving grace..I also saved all correspondence from Western Union showing that he picked up the money and all emails.....--but get this...HE TOLD ME THAT HE WORKED FOR PAUL SIMON AFTER I CALLED HIM OUT...HOW SAD AND PATHETIC....!!!

In order to catch Shaun, we need as many official police reports filed as possible. I filed mine here is the procedure. It should take about a half hour of your time. Nothing can be done without your contributions to his file ... they need to build a case.
1) Go to your local police station and file an official fraud report
2) State on the report whether or not you would be willing to testify in court.
3) Have the police mail the report and your evidence (correspondence to&from him / proof of your payment etc) to:
