I have never came across a set of unprofessional, uncaring, deceptive set of people as I have when I joined SMC. The telemarketer who contacted me did not give all the facts about the business...I was told I had a 60 day money back gaurantee, but when I called to cancel after 30 days...I was told it was a 30 day trial in which I would not be refuned my money if I failed to return the kit with in the trial period...I explained to them that was not what I was told and they completely dismissed the fact that I was disputing the information I was given which totally threw-me. I then decided to return the kit...low and behold the next day I was hit with a fee throwing my account into overdraft. Immediately I called and told them I was disappointed with their business practices...the customer service rep was totally unprofessional. I asked to speak to her manager to state my case with him...she refused...I told her she cannot deny me the right to speak to her supervisor she...sputtered something then redirected me to a filled voice message box...I wont go into further details...but the whole experience had me acting out of character. Before that the customer service and the so-called business mentor was so unprofessional...they were sinical when you didn't understand right away. They are not trained to handle dissatisfied customers....but anyway...the next day I received a contract in the mail...(WHAT!!!!) I did not know I was in a binding contract. I called them again...the rep frustrated me even more.... She was making implication that I was the one not telling the truth because all the staff have to read from a script. I'm like....you guys have gotten close to a 100.00 from me and the only thing I have received from you guys are unprofessionalism, deception, and a bad attitude. I will do whatever it takes to bring this mickey mouse business down!
