When I inquired about available grant money I had your associate by the name of Micah which was a number of times, during which I was made to understand that the named resources were chosen according to what and who I was looking to obtain grant funds for.

You should find according to your records that again and again I empathized that my wishes were to help a single, small business owner with her existing business. Again, a one-person business: www.lavenderlane.com

Nevertheless, and unfortunately, of those resources I received per Tonya, none of them were applicable to a one-person enterprise. Instead the resources were for larger companies and/or groups. Additionally, several were also either closed or no longer available.

Secondly, informing Micah that I am so disabled, sources for the handicapped were also shared with me. However, when I received that information in my booklet, I let Tonya know that Ive been disabled for quite some time and have already, through the state and Medicare that all my needs had already been met.

Going back to my unusable resources, I would like to make it known to you that Micah said on several occasions that if within 6 months if I didnt receive in grant money at least in the amount I paid you from my credit card, that I would receive my investment back. It should be known that I am an honest and reputable client and when I asked him several times if he would put it in writing, he said he didnt need to because you were affiliated with (he named a couple organizations, blah, blah, blah), which in his mind certainly covered his _______, but took advantage of this disabled senior citizen.

When you place an associate in the role of speaking to clients like me, they should be very knowledgeable about what kind of grant their client is looking for. Again, in this case none of the resources were for granting funds to a single business with only one employeeother than those who asked for money up front.

As to my credit cardMicah continued to empathize that he was certain that I would receive funds within 3-6 months and that I could just repay my credit card balanceas not to get further into debt.

Unlike your representative, I am trying to be as courteous and professional and truthful as I canwhich is more difficult than you can imagine from this senior citizen who was just trying to help a friend until youve nearly bankrupted me. So much for the reputable company your purport to be.

Having said that, since this business transaction did not apply to my requestsI feel that the least I deserve should be reimbursement of the funds I sent to you via my credit card.
