  Here is one example of his justice, the day of my 388 hearing the worker filed an untimely addendum containing hearsay alleging domestic violence coming from the offending mom who was in a psych ward awaiting deportation at the time for having been under the influence of a controlled substance, who was schizophrenic and not taking her medication because she felt she did not have a problem. This was allowed into evidence. Even just the fact it was filed untimely is against court rules.

 Yes hire an outside attorney as the court appointed attorneys are not allowed to be aggressive they would not be allowed to practice in the court room for long as this approach would take up to much of the courts time.
