A casual friend of mine suggested I try working for Sears Home Pro services, because she is making money selling kitchen remodels.  My job was ending and I could not get unemployment because they offered me another job at half my original income.  

I trusted my friend, and was hired by Sears. only to find out I'd been lied to by my friend and the hiring managers.  Nobody at this place makes 80k after expenses.  The leads are the worst on the planet.  The lead setters make don't qualify anything, they just get paid to set time and date.  

The salesman drive hundreds of miles to determine that it wasn't a real lead to start with, and the company withholds mileage reimbursement at every possible opportunity.  They don't even consider reimbursing for tolls.  

DO NOT TAKE A JOB  with Sears Home Improvements unless you want to drive hundreds of miles per day to pay your own gas and tolls, to find out that they are not real buyers, but agreed to an appointment because someone in a store or on the phone muscled them into it.

Run, do not walk, to avoid ever working for Sears Home Pro services.   The whole company is set up to make a good reputation on the backs of honest, unsuspecting, job seekers.
