ShopNBC REC. SKINN PRODUCT IT WAS MELTED RUNNING OUT SENT IT BACK TO NBC NOW THEY WANT MORE MONEY Eden Pairie Minnesota

I purchased "SKINN PRODUCT" in the middle of Aug. An the UPS driver dropped it off on my front porch, my family an I never use the front door but I knew my order was coming soon so I would.look to see if my order had come or not an the day that it had finally come I was out running errands an it was 117 degrees that day an major humidity,  so that evening I checked the front porch.an there was my package OMG you would of thought it was Christmas morning an I was 9 years old I was so excited I couldn't wait to open my package an start looking younger yea my happiness lasted maybe 30 seconds the product was out of the product it was like a after thought like they SHOP NBC but found one that had been open but they didn't care they went ahead an sent it anyways, the container was broken so all of the product was running out of the container an the foundation was completely melted the eye pencils where melted the lip stick was melted,  yes I was crying bc I truly thought this foundation would cover the spots on my face that my wonderful disease gave me bc.I cannot wear drug store make up it doesnt work an so I called Shop NBC CS an explained to her what happen an all she said was OKAY , no I'm sorry we will ship out another one to you nothing she didn't care so the next day out called my bank an stopped the value pay an boxed up the broken product actually I left it in there package that it came in an put it in a box an shipped it back to returns an I called shop NBC an told them I was returning the product bc it had been damaged an also melted bc of the heat an this CS girl told me that it's my fault I should of been waiting for the del man so that it would not of set out on my porch n the heat an bc it's my fault I will have to pay for it still will I didn't tell her I had stopped payment but that evening I get a COLLECTION call from SHOP NBC already they hadn't even received the product an they.have already sent me.to collection,  an they call me everyday about 5-7 X's a day saying they want there money an I tell each new person that calls me what happen an that i sent it back an they are saying they never recieved it an that I need.to show them a copy of the rec from the p.o. OK I had that rec an I emailed it I faxed.it an I also mailed.it to 7 different add. Since Aug my home burned down an I no longer have that rec an I have gone to the p.o. asking them if they could get me another one an I was told no that they couldn't I called shop NBC credit collection an told them this an they do not care an she had the nerve to ask me (she said my daughters name)if this was my daughter an then she asked me an said my mother an father's name if that was my parents i didnt say yes or no she wouldnt ever let me answer bc she said of i didnt pay she will call them an tell them that i have stolen product from shop nbc I started laughing an said go ahead i have already told them what kind of people yall are an if anyone has stolen anything its shop nbc bc yall stoled a customer from Skinn Cosmetics an she laughed an said i was mever a customer  an that the CEO of SKINN wouldn't want me okay that's fine but i dont believe that, I just wish I couple of tried SKINN Products,  but if anyone is reading this PLEASE DO NOT ORDER PRODUCT OF ANY KIND IN THE HOT SUMMER MONS ALSO IF YOU RETURN ANY THING TO SHOP NBC PLEASE PAY THE ETRA MONEY AT THE P.O. AN GET IT WHERE SHOP NBC RETURNS WILL HAVE TO SIGN FOR THE PRODUCT., thank you
