Sierra Nevada INC, a rental property proprietor, isn't in the business to make suitable living for it's rentors. No, in fact, they do everything they can to cheapen the experience of living in historic downtown Frankfort and cheat its tennants out of deposits and respect. Do not rent from this company, you'll only regret it in the end with slow repairs, poor disposition, horrible manners and prejudices against religion, ethnic background and sexual orientation.

They are very good at concealing their misdealings through political actions, but if you know of them for sure, you know of their poor quality handling of property and disrespectful treatment of their tenants. Send Sierra Nevada an eviction notice. Get them out of our town.
