when tonys tire shop put a used engine in my car I drove my car on the freeway to go to work, my car letf me in the middle of the 405 freeway after tony's shop had just put an engine that cost me $1100.00 dollars. I took the car back to the shop and the shop's owner Jesus Solozano stated that the reason why my car left me was due to "preasure" when the shop replaced my engine I also paid $163.00 dollars for new breaks, one week after my breaks were replace the breaks went out on me while driving when I took the car back to the shop I was told it was once again "preasure" and had to pay an additional $55.00 dollars to fix my breaks once again a week later the car left me again on the 110 freeway in the middle of the night I had to pay a tow truck $90.00 to tow my car 5 miles. When i took my car to tony's shop Jesus the shop owner told me he couldnt find anything wrong with may car and that my car was too old to find out what was wrong with it. My car was barely running so i took it to another shop for a second opinion, there i found out my car had the wrong engine and it was only being held up with one bolt instead of four. the engine also had suger in it. Jesus charged me for work that was never done to my car. I requested to have the right engine ordered and my money back for the labor he charged me. Jesus once again ordered the wrong engine and gave me a check with with no funds. He admitted to his wrong doing and he told me he did want this matter to get legal

for letting you spell like this.
Let's see...
PRESSURE
BRAKES
SUGAR

Also. how do you know the engine had sugar in it? That requires at least partial disassembling the engine.
The only thing you can do at this point is to sue in small claims court. The alleged bad refund check is powerful evidence. Write them a letter demanding what you think you owe within 10 days. On day 11 file the small claims action.

PS-get a AAA card.
