When you call the cancellation number it gives you some information, and then the line simply goes dead. The company doesn't allow you to speak to someone who will actually cancel your account.
I was given a business coach as part of this amazing deal. The only problem is the business coach won't answer my phone calls or return them either. I sent him an e-mail, but of course there was no response.
This company doesn't know how to deal with its employees. I wonder how it deals with its customers.
