Stanton Optical Unprofessional, incompetent, rude employees Fair Oaks, California

My husband & I ordered 4 pairs of glasses (2 sunglasses & 2 clear each). We specified how we wanted them made, ie: THIN lenses, edge roll & polish, anti-glare coating, scratch resistant coating. We were never notified when they were in, we made repeated calls only to be told they would call back (NO ONE EVER RETURNED A CALL). We went into the store and found out that all 4 pair were not made correctly, so we left them there to be re-made.  We did this 3 times. Made 3 trips, each time the glasses were still wrong. Were treated VERY RUDELY by an employee name Brian.

He said some extremely rude and inappropriate comments to us. Tried to get a refund, only to be told (rather gleefully) by the 'Manager' that we would have to 'call the corporate office'. Called the 'corporate office', and only got a voice mail for someone named "Amanda". She did call back and took the complaint, and we never heard from her again. Have left 4 messages in as many days.  This place is an ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF, THE STAFF ARE RUDE, AND THEY ARE INCOMPETENT.   We have never, ever had so much trouble ordering glasses.  DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY--YOU WILL BE SORRY!!
