Fair facts about Starcrest of California

This report and many others have disparaging remarks to make about Starcrest. The truth needs to be told once and for all. I am an employee at Starcrest and I know first-hand that the majority of these accusations are not 100% truthful. Starcrest and their associated companies do not take people's money without delivering the merchandise. The merchandise is sent by the United States Postal Service using Bulk Mail, in order to keep the costs down for the customer. When sent this way, it usually takes about 3 weeks for the order to arrive. Checks and credit cards are cashed/debited before the merchandise is shipped, which is only fair to Starcrest.

If an order gets lost, the order will be replaced at NO charge to the customer. If an item is missing from an order, it will be shipped out Priority Mail at no cost to the customer. There is a toll-free telephone number to call for assistance!! Starcrest has a very professional Customer Service Department dedicated to making all customers happy! The website is under construction for ordering and as of right now you can send emails to Starcrest and it's other divisions. All products have a lifetime guarantee!! I have spoken to customers who bought something 4 or 5 years ago and now it is damaged and Starcrest replaces it!! Please do not believe all that you read. Every company has good points and bad points. I would not work for a company that was a scam.

I know of many satisfied customers and satisfied employees. This company has many great products, at reasonable prices and it will stand behind the merchandise you purchase.
