POSTED: Tuesday, February 19, 2008Fiberglass boats need repairs from time to time- especially when they hit something. There are fiberglass AND gelcoat repair kits for boats. Gelcoat repair kits come with color additive packages for the gelcoat. Check under Marine Supplies, fiberglass repair, and Marine Supplies, gelcoat repair. The West System offers some excellent how-to-do-it repair books.
There are many people who fancy themselves competent to design & engineer with composites.... but they aren't.
If you are discussing a cast iron tub- well, too bad!
