Fraud Warning: Steve Hochman - First Call Friendly Note Buyers is out to get you. He promised in the Purchase and Sale Agreement to purchase my mortgage in a single payment.

Weeks later I get a 2 stage offer. The contract reads 1/2 now and 1/2 one year after closing + on the second stage for that year I will be paid 8% on my money. Approximately 14 months after the first payment I get a letter saying he is not going to purchase the second stage. Not too surprising after he would not answer his phone calls.

You can not believe half of what Steve Hochman says. He will send you a nice card claiming to be an: all-around nice guy. He is nice until he gets all the signatures and paper work. There is no way I would have ever sold this mortgage like this. Now unless my attorney can do something about this I will be waiting another 6 years before I start getting paid!

Interesting Note: the "inter office memo" about them paying me 8% was signed by one that may not even exist. This guy makes things sound good so that he can make big dollars and he probably gets a high off of ripping folks off. Use EXTREME CAUTION he is out to get you and he seems to get by with it.

Why does the government not step in? This is pure FRAUD and CONSPIRACY. I feel that an investigation into his M O would show that there is a criminal pattern going on...
