Yes, I am a very unhappy customer. Mr. Wright is correct about that, and he should know! My guess is that I'm only one of many. It's just that I'm the one complaining and with GOOD REASON!
The explanation provided by Mr. Wright as a rebuttal proves my point about his being intentionally deceptive. If he really wanted people to know about his CONDITIONAL-UNCONDITIONAL (really never gonna see a dime of your money back) guarantee, he could very clearly explain it on his website before he takes your money! He is able to do so. He proved it by what he wrote here.
On his site in big print are the words "IRON CLAD, CAN'T LOSE, MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!" Then he comes here and explains why and how he will not honor his own words and refund money! Just as I stated!
Anything but a refund, after all he is right, and the customer is always wrong and trying to take advantage of him (now that he has your money), because he say's so. He makes up stories and ideas that he believes could have happened, and maybe never happened, in an attempt to rationalize his new reasons for keeping the customers money and not honoring his guarantee.
A lawyers letter in response to a request from a customer for a refund. Sure he'll do anything he can to help, that's evident by the lawyer's letter! Help him, to keep your money! The lawyer is probably on retainer BECAUSE of the Guarantee, which he probably wrote!
So I would like to thank Mr. Wright for coming here and proving in his own words how well he can write and proving everything that I said about him IS TRUE!
P.S. All of his materials were returned and a refund was requested after six months and refused! So now he has both the money and the materials. BEWARE!!!!
