Strictly Additions, Craig Morse con artists, thieves, unprofessional, unknowledgeable, unreliable, untrustworthy, deceitful, misleading, hostile Ft Lauderdale Florida

After dealing with strictly additions and its so called leader Craig Morse for nearly three years we would highly recommend to any potential consumer thinking about using their services to run the other way while you can. Craig Morse is a liar and a cheat. They will promise you everything you want to hear and write a contract that seems fair in the beginning just to get the job. He will then manipulate circumstances and end up increasing costs and threaten not to return to job site unless you agree on his terms.

In our case he feasted on the fact that we had 5 children and would usually agree to his terms because we wanted to get into our house. Also, he would threaten to abandon the project and put a lien on our house if we did not succumb to his demands. We were living in a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 years while Craig Morse happily took all of our money and had only completed a shell of a house. Weeks would go by and our house would just sit there untouched. His excuse was they are working behind the scenes. They flooded our house, twice. They broke into our house and stole our jet tub the day after we fired them. They poured cement down our our kitchen plumbing, and cut bathroom plumbing upstairs.

Another little scam they run is to get a permit pulled by a licensed professional, in particular plumbing and electrical, and then have unlicensed people doing work on your house, this if fraud. There was no supervision of any sort on the job site. They cut numerous corners pointed out by the city of plantation. Their lack of knowledge at job site led to numerous delays. They would cut corners saving themselves money but put it back in their pocket, while still charging us regular price.

In our case after 2 years of begging Craig Morse to get our house done we finally realized that he was never going finish. Construction was only to take 7-9 months and here we were 2 years later with hardly a shell of a house. We fired Strictly Additions and took over ourselves as our own general contractor. The price of our original contract went up nearly 50%. Strictly Additions was paid nearly 90% of money but the house was only 60% complete according to the bank. Because of strictly additions we spent all of our savings and put ourselves in credit card debt that seems insurmountable. After all that Craig Morse has the audacity to put a lien on our property which is easy for a contractor to do in the state of FL. He is a malicious man with no conscience or no morals, definitely not a man you want to do business with.

We are currently refuting the lien and are in the process of suing for damages obtained and money misspent. Craig Morse is one of the most deceitful men I have ever met. Craig Morse's behavior is both irrational and psychotic when he does not get his way, beware. Do not let this guy fool you because he will take you for everything you have and not care at all for the well being of you or your loved ones.
