He took an intake and asked all the questions but he did not have anything constructive or helpful to say, other than he thinks my background is weird. He told me to just take an ativan for next few days, which is a common advise to his Power Surge web cast. Then he told me that he does not know what to do with my case, and that to call him back the next day so he can think about it and for him to check on me. When I called him back and describe to him how the medication does not work, he was very impatient on the phone. He told me that there is nothing wrong with me and the whole time there was phone ringing on the background. He just said that he has to get off the phone and hang up quickly.
A week or so later, I ended up at the hospital. But he said that there is nothing wrong with me.

Dear Anne,
I am a person who has dealt with Stuart Shipko, and wholely agree that he is a quack. He has a reputation in Pasadena for actually quoting one price over the phone, then inflating the price after he delivers his services. I am arranging to sue him for malpractice in a civil lawsuit. If you will please contact me by email, my lawyer and I would be very interested in learning about your case. Contact me at (((REDACTED))), then I will give you the next step on where we will go.

As for the Patient that made the comments, I really do not see them as fact, too many factors involved, she should see another dr. if she thinks this one is giving here the run around. SHE IS NOT THE ONLY PATIENT THIS DOCTOR OR ANY DOCTOR SEES.
also most doctors, hospitals, well any place of business, requires money up front, HELLO lady this is still a business. Thank you

Response: That is exactly what had happened during and following your initial in office consultation of $300, with no insurance accepted. Easy for you to not recall any situation that is not in your favor.
"Anne provides conflicting complaint information, writing at first that I said I did not know what to do for her, and then writing that I told her that she didn't have any problem."---Shipko
Response: This is exactly what had happened. I am simply saying that your diagnosis was conflicting. You told me I need to take the Activan and in a two days, you told me I have no problem and need no medication.
"It is unfair of Anne to write that I never had any intention of treating my patients' problems. Even if she received no help from my office (if indeed 'Anne' ever was a patient in my office) her assertion that I had no intention of helping is not true."---Shipko
Response: I am simply letting people know and documenting that I had an unproductive and strange experience with you. Perhaps this can be helpful for other's consideration.

Part of what Shipko said is not true... More defensive commentary from doctor

Response: That is exactly what had happenend during the initial consultation in your office that costed me $300 for the hour. You have told me to call you in another day.
"Anne provides conflicting complaint information, writing at first that I said I did not know what to do for her, and then writing that I told her that she didn't have any problem." ---Shipko
Response: That is exactly what you have said in the initial consultation. My case may be more complicated and different from others. When I called you back telling you that your advise did not work, you did say exactly the same thing. In a few days, I ended up in the hospital to receive more extensive care.
"It is unfair of Anne to write that I never had any intention of treating my patients' problems. Even if she received no help from my office (if indeed 'Anne' ever was a patient in my office) her assertion that I had no intention of helping is not true." ---Shipko
Response: No where in the text that I have written or implied what was said from the above quote. I am simply documenting that I had an unpleasant and unproductive experience with you. I am sure you have successes with your other patients, but in MY case, you were a complete failure. It is so easy for you to attack on your patient's character and blame them because they are "crazy" to begin with before they arrived at your office. It is sad that you are quick to jump to that.

In defense of my professional reputation...
AUTHOR: Stuart - (U.S.A.)

I have never told any patient that I need to think about their problem overnight and for them to call me back the next day for me to check on them. I do not recall any situation with any patient such as Anne describes. Certainly Anne never called me or wrote to me to discuss her dissatisfaction.
Anne provides conflicting complaint information, writing at first that I said I did not know what to do for her, and then writing that I told her that she didn't have any problem. Her claim that I do not treat patients as advertised is false. I don't advertise any special treatments; I treat patients just as any other doctor without any guarentees or promises.
It is unfair of Anne to write that I never had any intention of treating my patients' problems. Even if she received no help from my office (if indeed "Anne" ever was a patient in my office) her assertion that I had no intention of helping is not true.
S. Shipko, M.D.
