SuperJet Van Lines Rip-Off Clifton New Jersey

This is the WORST company anybody could use.  No communication once they have your money.  They called almost daily before we signed with them, after that you will not hear from them unless you make the call and don't bother with messages they would NEVER return a call. 

It started when I had to call them the week before and the day before pick-up to verify they were coming and to get an ETA.  They were an hour late from their ETA pick-up and never called before arrival like promised.  The final cost was  $1,675 more that the estimate.  They wrapped us in hook line and sinker, what are you going to do on the day of the move?  You have not choice but to pay the scam.  They were so nice and offering of advice and answering all our questions.  They made some great promises to make the sale.  Just what we needed to hear.  They could not deliver on any of their promises. 

We expected our items on or about July 1.  We heard every excuse under the sun on reasons why it was not delivered anywhere near that time frame.  And the rudeness of their dispatch had us in tears more than once.  They take your money and could care less what you were promised for service.  We finally received our items 22 days after promised delivery date.

When our items finally arrived, they were of course rude during delivery as well.  Boxes were damaged, table broken and wash machine unusable.  These people could care less. 

I did some research of this company, there was another moving company at that same address that went out of business on 7/23/12.  Wonder what the relationship is there?  Maybe next year it will be yet another company name?

I could go on and on about the garbage we put up with, but from what I have already read, this seems to be the way they do business.  I would not recommend this company to anyone.
