TYJ Global, Roters of the Rockies Mike and Gina Foya Major Con artest! Took $27,675 For training never recieved! No refund made Ft. Lupton Colorado

 My son had been training for his private license rating and was almost finished when we were told that we needed to pay in advance for his instrument training because TYJ Global was about to get a goverment contract to train disabled vets to fly again. Called (Return Flight), once that happened the rates would be higher. We paid in advance $27,675.00 for the instrument rating training and Gina Foya agreed to refund the money at any time if we did not continue with the training. We never even started the training and a couple of weeks later TYJ Global moved from there Broomfield location to FT Morgan CO. a considerable distance from our home in Arvada. This new rink a dink location was a joke and too far to drive. I hand delivered a demand letter to Gina Foya back in September and have never recieved a word! I have retained a lawyer and will take legal action to recover the $27,675.00 that is owed to us. Do not trust these people, they are Liars!
