Re: Retraction Letter

Dear Ripoff Report:

On April 4, 2008 under the name 'geeslouise' I posted a report about my experiences with a company called Tax Tiger. I wish to retaract my assertions that the company did not know 'what they are doing,' that they 'misrepresent themselves,' and are 'rude to their clients.' Moreover, I now believe that th eissue which prompted me to write the report was a simple misunderstanding. Tax Tiger quite probably told me it could not release any wage levies with the State of Idaho and that it could only provide me with general tax advice to assist me in my submission of those documents to the Idaho State Tax Commission.

On April 14, 2008 under the name 'geeslouise' I posted two additional reports about Tax Tiger. In that report I incorrectly stated that Tax Tiger's representative 'was immediately hostile, defensive and ugly' and 'aggressive' in telephone conversations with me, that the representative 'cussed me out' and that the company lead me to believe that it 'would handle everything with the State of Idaho.'

On April 15, 2008 under the name 'jane kay' I posted another report about Tax Tiger. In that report I falsely asserted that I was from Sacramwnto, CA and that I had to call Tax Tiger 'all the time,' that 'they didn't do things on time,' and that 'i ended up paying irs morethan they said.' Each of these statements is untrue.

Please remove these three reports from ripoffreport.com. In the alternative, please insert this letter in its entirety as a followup-up report on Tax Tiger.

Sincerely,
Hollis Henry

cc: Tax Tiger, Inc.

RE: Tax Tiger unhelpful and slow Sacramento California Tax Tiger

Jane,

Your comments were under the category "Income Tax Service", and if this is the case and your complaint is based on the fact that we could not save you money, you must understand that we are ethical and file all tax returns in this office as such, and your taxes are prepared based on the information that is provided by yourself, and information we may obtain from the IRS in certain circumstances. If you are unhappy with our tax department and the outcome of your tax preparation, I will gladly refer to you other tax services locally without hesitation. Our main concern is your satisfaction, whether that may be with us or someone else. I am not sure what you mean about "not doing things on time", the only deadlines with tax preparation filing are April 15th and Oct. 15th, and we do not miss those.

If you are speaking of tax resolution services, they work at the pace of the IRS, not us. Each and every settlement depends on the circumstances of each and every taxpayer, not us. Each and every analysis we do is prefaced by the fact that the documentation you submit for us to build a processable offer, must in fact match the numbers you give us during that analysis, if they do not (and we have our share of clients who do not give us the whole picture) it can, and more than likely will, affect the outcome of your offer. We fight tooth and nail for every client in here, rest assured, whether you see it or not.

Secondly, with our main concern being your satisfaction, I will be more than happy to discuss options that will satisfy you, even if that means a refund of some sort if applicable and referral to a partner. I am not sure who you are by the name of Jane, but if you call and personally ask to speak with me (Dave), I will find a resolution for you.

Warm Regards,
