Terminix Grand Blanc MI ripoff tech, tried to get in house without permission Grand Blanc Michigan

In May the service tech came out, I have RSD and cant m ove fast, when I reached the front door I saw the tech reach in the screen door window and tried to unlock the door, He then went around the house juggling all the door knobs, when he found out that the door was locked he sprayed the outside, then left the paper telling us that he ws here, We called and reported him doing this and the manager stated that he would call us back sometime in the morning or on a saturday, The manager never called back,

We paid up for a full year and would like either a differnt tech or our money back, we still have the mice and want to get rid of them, the Managers name is Shawn. he has both my husbands and mine cell phone numbers as well as our new home phone numbers. When we called the first time the man that answered said that theyd get back to us and hung up, well at that time they didnt have our new numbers, Then the tech called and said that I must of been mistaken that he didnt stick his hand in the screen door, and that he's a christain and wouldnt do that.
