You say the company is A+ rated with the better business bureau? We shall see if that rating stays as you say it is....I am filing a complaint with them. And I hope the person who posted this on the Ripoff Report initially does the same!
And, yeah, the reason why you are rated A+ is for lack of people complaining against you, not because your customers are happy with the product and service you and your team provide. That too shall change unless you change your business practices.
