The most out and out deliberate lie was when he repeatedly told us that, unlike Mariott, there were no maintenance fees involved. We would never have to pay a maintenance fee again.
Imagine our shock and dismay when we got a bill for over $900 for a maintenance fee for our every third year week.. Repeated calls were not answered and when we fianlly got hold of someone they said "look in your contract; we can charge one for whatever we want". There was no sorry for the misunderstanding, just tuff luck ( sucker).
The just try to use your developer week they promise. The telephone recording says they can't help you go to the internet address. Absolutely no help whatsoever.
I am afraid to learn anymore because I am sure it will be a disaster-----if anyone ever gets hold of a person.
