I purchased a Prada handbag from them which they stated on their remarks section was in "Very Good" condition. When I received the bag it was in horrible condition, close to destroyed actually. I contacted them, was told the bag was non-returnable. I sent the bag in to be consigned and they rejected it and told me the bag showed "Excessive Wear".

They held the bag for two weeks before sending it back (I still have not received the bag three weeks later). I have contacted them several times to resolve and they refuse to come to reasonable terms (I offered to take a site credit to close the matter, they refused).

In addition, the marketing tactics are deceptive.  They rotate between a $100 Saks or Nieman Marcus gift card promo if you send in ten items to be consigned.  There are numerous complaints on Yelp (Yelp removed their page, the public has created it's own page for TRR) and other sites, no matter how many items you send in you'll never get to the elusive "10" listed items to qualify for a gift card.  I sent in over ten items and they rejected all but a few due to excessive wear (including the Prada handbag I just purchased from them the week prior).  Other items I sent in were rejected due to "Style", last I checked Ray Ban Aviators (one year old) were still in "Style".
